This snack is small but surprisingly filling. I really like making this when I’m slightly hungry because it helps me feel satisfied without eating a large portion. The added plus is that you will get whole grain goodness which is great for stabilizing energy levels, protein and calcium from the hummus, anti-oxidants from the tomato, iron and zinc from the sesame seeds and minerals from the sea salt.
