I cooked mung beans for the first time to tonight and I had no idea I was in for such a treat!. I made about half a cup and tossed it in with a mixed green salad and some steamed kale. I also sautéed garlic, tomato, portobello mushrooms, spinach and onion. Mixed it all together on a plate and had a seriously delicious dinner. Take a look!
