When you go to Woodstock, make sure you stop by The Garden Cafe for some delicious organic plant based food. Oh and make sure to sit outside in their garden if the weather is nice!. Here are a bunch of pictures of some of the options on their menu.

This is the edamame hummus with warm whole grain pita.

This is the Indian fajita with sauted collard greens and spicy apples. It’s a huge portion and so delicious!.

A grilled crushed chickpea whole wheat wrap with olives and tomatoes. Roasted potatoes on the side-yum!

I never pass up an opportunity to try a vegan key lime pie and this just may be the best one I’ve ever had!. It was so hard to believe there was no dairy in this. Simply amazing.

Pinkus beer is my favorite organic and vegan beer I have sampled so far. I was so happy that The Garden Cafe had it on the menu! I prefer the pilsner but was pleasantly surprised at how nice this lager one tasted.
If you go to The Garden Cafe I hope Amanda is working that day. She is so sweet, helpful and friendly!.
